This video was actually taken on the day (07-01-2015) we were checking out of the Escapade, just to be accurate. House looks nice, doesn't it? But man we had one problem after another there. Millipedes and spiders everywhere. Flying ants coming out at night. Oven wouldn't run more than 20 minutes. AC failed. Pool wasn't working right so we couldn't use it till the last week. None of the second floor ceiling fans would work. Etc., etc., And apparently Royal Shell Vacations knew about most of the problems but didn't seem to be in any big hurry to get them all fixed. Granted, Royal Shell did offer to refund a portion of our money, which we accepted, but still, the problems with the house sure put a cloud over this vacation for us. For the money we really expected that we wouldn't have experienced the problems that we did.
